Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Production Section Head/Production Supervisor to oversee press, inspection and coating lines within a manufacturing facility in Indonesia. You will coordinate production workflows, analyze operational data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.

The role reports to the assistant factory manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and at least five years of manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, JAS and HSE requirements.
• Proficient in Kaizen and 5S principles.
• Digital literacy and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• English communication would be an advantage.

• Ensure production activities comply with quality and health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or another relevant discipline

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing production

• Strong understanding of production processes and workflows

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS), and health, safety, and environmental requirements

• Good knowledge of Kaizen and 5S principles

• Digital literacy, an improvement-oriented approach, and awareness of current manufacturing trends

• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills

• English communication skills would be an advantage
