Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) in Bogor, Indonesia seeks a Bio-Production Specialist to plan, coordinate, and supervise bio-chemical production processes ensuring quality, targets, and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include developing and managing PPIC, coordinating targets, maintaining stock, monitoring budgets and efficiency, supervising equipment, and driving Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Biology, Bioprocess, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge in PPIC, production operations, microbiology, and bio-industry.
• Good leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Familiar with Quality Management System, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.
