Job summary

PT Frootiful Natural Nusantara invites applications for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure order fulfilment, and liaise with team members and stakeholders. The role emphasizes adherence to SOP and quality standards across operations at our Cikidang site.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supervision, a related degree, and a strong grasp of ISO 22000/HACCP/BPOM/HALAL requirements. Willingness to be stationed in Cikole, Lembang, Bandung is noted.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field preferred (Food Technologies/ Production Management/ Food Chemical Engineer).
• Minimum of 2 years supervising or team management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of ISO 22000, HACCP, BPOM, HALAL and Company SOP.

Responsibilities

• Organize operational activities related to production, order fulfilment, and liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain reliability of day-to-day operational performance and supervision.
• Production planning and coordinating production activities according to SOP.
• Manage and supervise production team to ensure productions is conducted.
• Responsible for stock take and order replenishment to ensure customer orders and operational fulfilment.
• Organize and supervise team members to ensure all operations are according to SOP.
