Job summary

PT Jones and Vining Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Production Leader to drive SQDCP targets across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity. You will develop strategies, monitor performance, and lead a cross-functional team to optimize capacity and yield while enforcing HSE standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, 8–10 years in manufacturing, and strong Lean/Kaizen experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production to meet SQDCP targets.
• Develop and implement production plans and continuous improvement programs.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, work instructions, quality and HSE requirements.
• Identify root causes of problems and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Develop supervisors and engineers to build an accountable team.
• Prepare and present performance reports and improvement plans.
• Support new product development and production scale-up.

Lead and manage overall production activities to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) targets. Develop and implement production strategies, plans, and continuous improvement programs aligned with company objectives. Monitor and control production performance, capacity, manpower, efficiency, downtime, yield, and production costs. Ensure production processes comply with company standards, work instructions, quality requirements, and applicable HSE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall production activities to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) targets
• Develop and implement production strategies, plans, and continuous improvement programs aligned with company objectives
• Monitor and control production performance, capacity, manpower, efficiency, downtime, yield, and production costs
• Ensure production processes comply with company standards, work instructions, quality requirements, and applicable HSE regulations
• Identify production problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Coordinate closely with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, PPC, HRGA, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations
• Lead and develop production supervisors, engineers, and operators to build a strong and accountable production team
• Prepare and present regular production performance reports, improvement plans, and management reviews
• Support new product development, process improvement, machine installation, and production scale-up activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/senior management position
• Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, capacity planning, productivity, manpower management, and cost control
• Proven experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Able to manage multiple production lines and lead a large production team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Good understanding of Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
