Job summary

PT Sele Ingredients is seeking a proactive Production Staff to support daily production activities, monitor processes, material usage, and product quality. The role collaborates with Production, Warehouse, QC and other departments to maintain smooth, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a D3/S1 in a related field with 1–2 years' production experience, preferably in a food processing. You will operate equipment, follow SOPs, and ensure compliance with ISO22000, HACCP, and food safety

Qualifications

• Candidate holds a D3 or S1 in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of production experience, preferably in a food processing/manufacturing setup.
• Understanding of food processing, production processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure processes follow procedures.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and QC to ensure material availability and product quality.
• Track production output, material usage and records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Identify and report production issues and assist in resolving problems.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Staff to support daily production activities by monitoring production processes, material usage, and product quality. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production, Warehouse, QC, and other internal departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent production operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily production activities and ensure production processes run according to established procedures.

Coordinate with Warehouse and QC to ensure material availability and product quality.

Monitor production output, material usage, and production records accurately.

Ensure production processes comply with company standards, safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements.

Identify and report production issues and assist in resolving operational problems.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production, preferably in a food processing/manufacturing factory.

Good understanding of food processing, production processes, and food safety standards.

Able to operate and monitor production equipment and follow SOPs.

Familiar with ISO22000, FSMC dan HACCP.

Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Highly detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
