Job summary

TENGY KOSMETIK INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a cosmetics environment. You will manage operator performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the line.

Responsibilities include organizing tasks, ensuring line readiness, handling filling/packing processes, and coordinating with IPC/QC on discrepancies. Strong leadership, Excel skills, and familiarity with SOPs are preferred for success in this

Qualifications

• SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing production.
• Preferred cosmetics/pharmaceutical/FMCG experience.
• Able to read SOP and complete production documents.
• Capable of calculating output, yield, downtime.

Responsibilities

• Organize task allocation and monitor operator performance.
• Ensure readiness of personnel, work areas, machinery, bulk materials, packaging materials, and production documents.
• Ensure line clearance to prevent contamination and product mix-up.
• Oversee filling, coding, labeling, packing, and product stacking processes.
• Ensure production output meets specifications and targets.
• Coordinate with IPC/QC on discrepancies.
• Identify and separate rejects, quarantine, or rework products.
• Accurately record output, rejects, material usage, and downtime.
• Uphold hygiene, sanitation, PPE, occupational safety, and 5S practices.
• Report production constraints to Production Supervisor.

About you

Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 is a plus

Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing production

Preferred experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries

Understanding of filling and packing processes and basic CPKB principles

Able to read SOP and complete production documents

Able to calculate output, reject, yield, and downtime

Leadership, organizational, and operator coaching capabilities

Firm, disciplined, detail-oriented, communicative, and responsible

Able to work with targets and shift systems

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
