Job summary

Zentide Bioteknologi Global seeks a meticulous Production Supervisor to oversee the biostimulant manufacturing floor, ensuring targets are met without compromising quality or safety. You will lead daily operations, coordinate PPIC-aligned schedules, and safeguard GMP-like processes across the production line.

Qualified candidates hold a relevant degree and at least 2 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing or FMCG, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Solid understanding of production planning, quality control, and K3 (OHS) principles.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate production teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality and workplace safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Adaptable, resilient, eager to thrive in fast-paced startup environment.
• Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement strategies to optimize factory budget and workflow.
