Job summary

PT Triefta Aroma Nusantara, part of the Intan Chemical Group, is seeking a Recruitment & People Development Manager to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while strengthening our organizational capabilities across multiple business units and regional markets.

You will lead recruitment strategies, manage full lifecycle, advance learning and leadership programs, and partner with department heads to build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or HR.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong HR analytics to interpret metrics and workforce data.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about developing people and building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across all business functions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Build and strengthen employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Identify organizational capability gaps and develop people development programs.
• Design and implement learning, leadership, and career development initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and succession plans.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, employee development progress, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong interviewing, talent assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret HR metrics and workforce data.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
