Job summary

Hertz Flavors is seeking a PPIC to balance customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. The role collaborates with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to optimize schedules and drive efficiency.

The candidate will use demand data, manage inventory accuracy, and contribute to operational excellence on an ongoing basis at our Mojokerto location.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC or similar role.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning – Develop effective production plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory & Material Control – Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth production operations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to align production schedules and business priorities.
• Operational Efficiency – Monitor production performance, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvements in planning and inventory management.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize production, inventory, and demand data to optimize planning accuracy and support operational excellence.
