Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned PPIC & EXIM professional to develop and monitor production plans tied to customer orders and forecasts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines and manage material availability against capacity constraints.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PPIC/Production Control, strong Excel and ERP experience, and are willing to work in Cikarang. English communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC or Production Control within a manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of production planning, production scheduling, material planning, inventory control, and production capacity management.
• Familiarity with machining production processes, including raw material requirements, WIP, and finished goods control.
• Experience handling production schedules, monitoring production progress, and resolving material shortages or delivery delays.
• Good understanding of export-import processes, shipping documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Diploma degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or production planning systems.
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is highly preferred.
• Willing to work in Cikarang.

A. Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) – Main Responsibility

Develop, prepare, and monitor production plans based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and delivery schedules.

Create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are achieved.

Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production capacity to support production requirements.

Follow up on material shortages, production delays, and potential delivery issues, and coordinate corrective actions with related departments.

Monitor Work in Process (WIP), finished goods, and raw material inventory.

Analyze production progress and identify bottlenecks to improve production efficiency.

Ensure production plans are aligned with machine capacity, manpower availability, and customer requirements.

Prepare regular reports on production achievement, inventory status, and delivery performance.

B. Export & Import (EXIM) – Supporting Responsibility

Manage and coordinate export and import activities, including shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.

Prepare, check, and maintain export-import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other customs-related documents.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment arrangements.

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of imported materials and exported products.

Ensure export-import documentation is accurate and complies with applicable customs regulations and company procedures.

Maintain proper records of export-import transactions and shipping documents.

Requirements
