Job summary

Alamii Food seeks a detail-oriented PPIC Staff to join our fast-growing team. You will prepare and monitor production plans, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure materials meet production requirements.

Your role involves tracking progress, maintaining data accuracy, and reporting on inventory and capacity planning. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering and at least 2 years in PPIC or production planning, with strong Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PPIC / Production Planning / Supply Chain, preferably FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and material planning.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data and numbers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP / inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor production plans based on sales forecasts, demand, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, R&D, and other teams to align plans with business needs.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure materials are available per production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and material usage to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Track production progress and identify delays or supply issues.
• Maintain accurate production planning, inventory, and material data in the system.
• Analyze sales forecasts and inventory data to anticipate production and material requirements.
• Support capacity planning and production scheduling.
• Prepare regular reports related to production planning, material availability, and inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, inventory efficiency, and processes.

What You Will Do:

Prepare and monitor production plans based on sales forecasts, demand, and inventory levels

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, R&D, and other relevant teams to ensure production plans are aligned with business needs

Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure materials are available according to production requirements

Track production progress and identify potential delays or supply issues

Maintain accurate production planning, inventory, and material data in the system

Support capacity planning and production scheduling

Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall operational processes

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC / Production Planning / Supply Chain, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing

Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, and material planning

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with data and numbers

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines

Strong coordination and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience with ERP / inventory management systems is a plus
