Job summary

Bosch Group in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Production Line Lead to supervise a specific production line on the shop floor. You will guide and motivate the team, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement best practices to maximize quality, efficiency, and safety.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacity, strong knowledge of production processes, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery relevant to the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the daily activities of the production line team, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor production output, quality metrics, and machine performance, intervening to resolve issues.
• Ensure all team members are trained on safety procedures and operate equipment correctly and safely.
• Implement process improvements on the line to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
• Conduct regular performance check-ins with team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, communicating status updates to production supervisors.
