Job summary

Nestlé Panjang Factory in Lampung, Indonesia, seeks a First Line Manager to lead frontline production, uphold safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across operations. Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG or food & beverage industries.
Strong communication, stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

Leading safety, health, environmental, and food safety compliance across production operations.
Ensuring achievement of production targets through effective operational planning and execution.
Driving line efficiency, productivity improvement, and asset optimization initiatives.
Managing workforce performance, capability building, employee engagement, and coaching activities.
Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
