Job summary

Nestlé Panjang Factory in Lampung, Indonesia, is seeking a First Line Manager to lead production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will drive line efficiency, plan and execute production targets, and develop the workforce while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a technical degree, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong English communication. TPM, Lean, NCE, HACCP, and QMS familiarity is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline related to manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG/food & beverage.
• Experience leading and developing teams in production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean, NCE, HACCP, QMS and KPIs is desirable.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, environmental, and food safety compliance across production operations.
• Ensure achievement of production targets through operational planning and execution.
• Drive line efficiency, productivity improvement, and asset optimization.
• Manage workforce performance, development, and coaching.
• Support continuous improvement via NCE, TPM, Lean, and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, Supply Chain and others to deliver excellence.
