Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a First Line Manager for our Panjang Factory in Lampung, Indonesia. You will lead frontline manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production, while driving line performance, resource optimization, and people development.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, and Supply Chain to deliver operational excellence and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. IELTS-level English skills are required for global communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG or food & beverage industries.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a production environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, NCE, HACCP, QMS, and manufacturing KPIs is highly desirable.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
