• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
• Prepare, monitor, and update administrative reports and project progress for management monitoring.

Job description

Support crisis management activities and learn to respond effectively to communication issues.

Support the preparation and drafting of press releases and other corporate communication materials.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Prepare, monitor, and update administrative reports, work status, project progress, and reminders for key activities to support management monitoring and decision-making.

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university, with GPA min. 3.50.

Technical Competency: Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST, Mandarin proficiency is preferable.

Experience: maximum 1 year experience, fresh graduates are welcome.

Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
