Job summary

PT Yili Indonesia Dairy (Sales Office) in Jakarta Utara seeks a finance professional to drive margin simulations, budgeting, P&L analysis, and AR/AP controls for the sales unit. You will coordinate forecasts, accruals, and tax invoicing while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in finance, a Bachelor's in finance or accounting, and strong Oracle ERP and Excel skills. English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in Oracle ERP and advanced Excel (pivot, vlookup, modelling).
• English proficiency required; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare the simulation of product gross margin and pricing.
• Prepare and monitor the monthly budget, forecast, & accrual to control the business.
• Manage sales expenses through system: budget, SAF, and distributor reimbursements.
• Prepare the monthly Profit & Loss for the business unit analysis.
• Monitor trade receivables from distributors and distribute invoices.
• Oversee the trade payable payment process to the suppliers.
• Prepare the monthly tax invoices & ensure VAT and Income Tax compliance.

Job description

Calculate and prepare the simulation of product gross margin and pricing.

Prepare and monitor the monthly budget, forecast, & accrual to control the business.

Implement the sales expenses management thru system from preparing the budget, the SAF, & process the actual reimbursement from distributors.

Prepare the monthly Profit & Loss for the business unit analysis.

Monitor the collection of trade receivables from distributors, include commercial invoices distribution for distributors.

Oversee the trade payable payment process to the suppliers.

Prepare the monthly tax invoices & ensure compliance with the VAT & Income Tax Articles 21, 23, and 4(2).

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting.

Technical Competency: familiar with basic business, product costing, cost control, AR Management, & Taxation.

Language Competency: English proficiency is a must, Mandarin proficiency is preferable.

Experience: minimum 3 years experience in finance or accounting.

High computer literacy : Oracle ERP and advanced skill in Excel (pivot, vlookup, modelling).
