Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor to achieve sales growth and strong distribution.
• Assist Regional Sales Manager with sales strategy and plans to hit targets.
• Spend ~80% of time in the field coaching, monitoring, and developing teams; ensure operational excellence.
• Design Journey Plan (PJP), territory management and control.
• Develop assigned market through penetration and value/volume transactions.
• Conduct asset tracking to avoid missing or unproductive assets; analyze data for improvements.

Business Development Manager (BULUKUMBA)

Managing distributor to achieve sales growth, excellent distribution and develop high.

Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy, sales plan, and achieve company target & business objective.

80% time spend in field; coaching, monitoring, development and ensure operational excellent.

Excellent in designing PJP (Journey Plan), territory management and control.

Develop the assigned market in term of penetration, value/volume transaction.

Continuously conduct asset tracking in order to avoid any missing asset/unproductive assets in the future.

Able to provide the required data and information as well as to analyze them for further improvement.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in any fields.

Technical Competency: Strong in field sales, Leadership, Communication.

Language Competency: English proficiency will be prioritized.

Experience: minimum 5 years in distribution management as SPV/Manager level.

Preferable from ice cream industry or from FMCG with multi distributor operating model.

Proven track record in driving sales growth and distributor team.

High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
