Job summary

PT Yili Indonesia Dairy seeks an experienced Production Assistant Manager – Ice Cream Specialist to lead daily ice cream production in GIIC Deltamas, Bekasi. You will oversee supervisors and operators, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Food Technology or related field, with at least 5 years in ice cream production supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the ice cream industry.
• Minimum 5 years as a Production Supervisor in ice cream manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ice cream production to meet targets, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, food safety and quality standards are followed.
• Monitor mix prep, homogenization, pasteurization, aging, freezing, filling, and packing.
