Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Head to lead and optimize procurement and logistics operations in Indonesia. The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, reducing expenses, and guiding a diverse team to meet departmental targets across projects.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in procurement & supply chain, with EPC industry exposure, and strong influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement & supply chain, with EPC experience.
• Exposure to contracts benchmarking.
• Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives.
• Well developed influencing skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Implement various effective procurement processes to reduce expenses and build long-term profitability for the company.
• Define sourcing strategy to achieve cost savings aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement, buyer, expeditor and logistics professionals.
• Maintain and grow partnerships with internal and external teams across functions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and specs.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance.
