Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Min 3 years of experience in Procurement/General Affairs at Senior Officer level
• High integrity and strong work ethics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality
• Understanding of supplier/vendor management and procurement/GA processes
• Understanding of procurement cycles, vendor relations, office facilities, and administrative operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to support daily work and reporting needs

Responsibilities

• Identify potential vendors, conduct market research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and reliability.
• Negotiate terms, develop and manage purchase contracts under Procurement and GA.
• Source vendors meeting requested specifications.
• Collect price quotations or proposals including product/service specs, pricing and payment terms.
• Review quotations submitted by vendors.
• Conduct price negotiations to select most cost-effective supplier.
• Create price comparison sheets and purchase orders (PO).
• Negotiate work agreements or contracts where applicable.
• Ensure goods/services received match orders and evaluate vendors regularly.
• Create procurement-related reports and procurement realization reports.
• Keep updated on industry developments to improve procurement efficiency.
