Zusammenfassung

PT Electronic City Indonesia, Tbk. is seeking a procurement professional to oversee end-to-end procurement activities, source and negotiate with local suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires strong negotiation and analytical skills and experience leading a team in project procurement.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs and maintain accurate procurement records using ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, with experience leading a team.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/ERP systems.
Experience handling project procurement (e.g., renovation, fit-out, maintenance, or construction-related projects) is preferred.

Aufgaben

Oversee end-to-end procurement activities with local suppliers/vendors.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and procedures.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business and operational needs.
