Job summary

Prana Home Development in Bali is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to source sanctuaries with high standards and to ensure timely materials arriving on site. You will own supplier selection and terms, travel to Java for factory audits, and negotiate pricing that protects our cash flow while maintaining quality.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working English is required, with willingness to travel frequently.

We don't build houses. We build sanctuaries — and we need someone who can source them.

Prana Home Development creates villas designed for deep rest, healing, and genuine recovery — spaces built with real craftsmanship, real materials, and zero shortcuts. Our next project is already moving in Karangasem, and we need a procurement specialist who can turn our design standards into reliable suppliers, negotiated terms, and materials that show up on time and on spec.

This is not a "process the paperwork" role. This is a role for someone who owns the outcome — finds the right supplier before anyone asks, negotiates the deal that protects our budget, and catches a quality problem in the factory instead of on site.

What you'll own:

Sourcing reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors across Bali and Java

Traveling to Java to audit factories and warehouses in person — verifying quality before we commit, not after

Negotiating pricing, discounts, and flexible/deferred payment terms that protect our cash flow

Managing delivery logistics from supplier to site — including cross-island shipments

What we're looking for:

Proven, hands-on procurement/sourcing experience — ideally in civil construction materials

A track record of actually closing better deals, not just collecting quotes

High personal integrity — we need someone we can trust with supplier relationships and payment terms

Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, working English

Ready for frequent business travel to Java

Based in Bali or ready to relocate
