Job summary

PT JAE ERKA STUDIO Bali is seeking an experienced Project Procurement professional to lead procurement for construction projects, delivering cost-effective, on-time results.

In this full-time role, you will develop and implement procurement strategies, manage tenders, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance. You will collaborate with project managers to align procurement with project goals, while maintaining records and budgets for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar procurement or contract management role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills to secure favourable terms.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with procurement software and tools to streamline processes.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving procurement performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Degree in supply chain management, procurement, or project management.
