Job summary

Billstone is seeking a Procurement Supervisor in Jakarta to oversee daily procurement activities, source and evaluate vendors, and negotiate terms. You will work cross-functionally to ensure timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement roles such as Senior Buyer, Senior Procurement Staff, Procurement Supervisor or similar preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to evaluate quotations, pricing, MOQ, payment terms, specifications, and lead time.
• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English in written and spoken form.

In this role, you will work closely with vendors and different teams across Billstone, handle both routine and project-based procurement, and help improve the way we work.

Outcomes You’ll Be Responsible For

Manage daily procurement activities, from sourcing and purchasing to vendor coordination and documentation.

Source and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, specifications, capability, and lead time.

Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, and other commercial terms.

Monitor vendor performance and resolve quality issues, defects, claims, and delivery delays.

Ensure PO and payment requests are accurate and properly processed in Odoo.

Qualifications

Experience as Senior Buyer, Senior Procurement Staff, Procurement Supervisor, or similar role is preferred.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Able to evaluate quotations, pricing, MOQ, payment terms, specifications, and lead time.

Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Good command of English for written and verbal communication.
