Job summary

Shipper is seeking an experienced procurement leader to manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, PO creation, and vendor management. You will monitor requests, tickets, and PO flows via Olos Procure and Peakflo, while leading vendor sourcing, assessment, and performance management.

You will ensure SLA, quality, compliance, and timely payments, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, or Vendor Management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good communication skills with vendors and stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiar with procurement systems, ERP, or ticketing systems.
• Leadership, systematic, and problem-solving skills.
