Posisi ini menuntut keterampilan negosiasi yang kuat, kepatuhan detail, serta kemampuan mengelola prioritas secara efektif di lingkungan yang dinamis; lokasi Jakarta Pusat dan kerja hybrid diharapkan.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman sebagai Senior Buyer/Senior Procurement Staff atau peran serupa diutamakan.
• Keterampilan negosiasi dan manajemen vendor yang kuat.
• Dapat mengevaluasi penawaran, harga, MOQ, syarat pembayaran, spesifikasi, dan lead time.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola aktivitas pengadaan harian mulai dari sourcing, pembelian, hingga koordinasi vendor dan dokumentasi.
• Menilai vendor berdasarkan harga, kualitas, spesifikasi, kemampuan, dan lead time.
• Negosiasi harga, MOQ, syarat pembayaran, lead time, dan ketentuan komersial lainnya.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

About the Role

At Billstone, Procurement is more than finding a vendor and placing an order.

It is about making the right decision, balancing cost, quality, lead time, and business needs to ensure every purchase creates value for the company.

We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor who is confident in dealing with vendors, enjoys negotiation, pays attention to details, and can take ownership when things don’t go according plan.

In this role, you will work closely with vendors and different teams across Billstone, handle both routine and project-based procurement, and help improve the way we work.

Outcomes You’ll Be Responsible For :

• Manage daily procurement activities, from sourcing and purchasing to vendor coordination and documentation.
• Source and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, specifications, capability, and lead time.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, and other commercial terms.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve quality issues, defects, claims, and delivery delays.
• Ensure PO and payment requests are accurate and properly processed in Odoo.
• Handle procurement needs from various departments, including project-based and urgent requests.
• Conduct product checks or vendor visits when required.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
• Follow up on procurement issues and elevate major issues when necessary.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Experience as Senior Buyer, Senior Procurement Staff, Procurement Supervisor, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Able to evaluate quotations, pricing, MOQ, payment terms, specifications, and lead time.
• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English for written and verbal communication.
