Job summary

• Ability to search and select new suppliers for raw and non-raw materials.
• Strong price negotiation, supplier pitching and cost Analysis skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Attention to detail in checking PR/PO specifications and figures.

Job description

Procurement Staff responsible for handling routine purchases of raw materials and non-raw materials for a total of 8 branches of an Indonesian restaurant group. The role involves sourcing and selecting new suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining quality standards while managing costs efficiently across multiple locations in Jabodetabek and Bali.

Key responsibilities

Handle routine purchases of non-raw materials and raw materials for 8 branches

Handle purchases for new branch opening requirements

Search, conduct selection, and build good relationships with local suppliers in Jabodetabek and Bali

Ensure timely delivery of goods (on-time delivery) and verify that received goods meet standards and competitive pricing

Manage raw materials (Fresh & Dry Goods) such as fish and meat, vegetables, rice, packaging, oil, spices, beverages

Manage non-raw materials such as commercial kitchen equipment, serving utensils, uniforms, and cleaning chemicals

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

About you

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as Procurement or Purchasing Staff in F&B (Food & Beverage), hospitality, culinary retail, or other industries

Minimum D3 / S1 education in any field (Management, Accounting, Hospitality, etc.)

Ability to search and select new suppliers for both raw materials and non-raw materials

Skilled in price negotiation, supplier pitching, and analyzing cost efficiency without reducing quality standards

Advanced Ms. Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table for price recaps)

High attention to detail: honest, disciplined, and very thorough in checking item specifications and figures on Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO)

Able to communicate and coordinate effectively remotely with users across 7 Jabodetabek branches and Bali

Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
