Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of procurement/purchasing experience in F&B or hospitality.
• D3 or S1 degree in any field required.
• Ability to search and select new suppliers for raw and non-raw materials.
• Strong price negotiation, supplier pitching and cost Analysis skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Attention to detail in checking PR/PO specifications and figures.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine purchases of raw and non-raw materials for eight branches.
• Source, select and build relations with local suppliers in Jabodetabek and Bali.
• Negotiate prices and ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate purchases for new branch openings.
• Able to communicate remotely with users across 7 Jabodetabek branches and Bali.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
