Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Purchasing professional to support the purchase preparation process, negotiate with suppliers, and manage procurement of raw materials in the FMCG sector from Jakarta.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong project management and data analysis skills, and the ability to build supplier networks. Placement is in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Purchasing or Procurement of Raw Materials in FMCG.
• Knowledge in Project Management.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Aptitude for decision-making and working with numbers.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Assist purchase prep and documentation per company policies.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase requests and entries.
• Negotiate pricing, conditions, and requirements with suppliers to obtain best value.
• Check supplier availability against PO quantities, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
• Coordinate delivery times from suppliers to relevant SBUs.
• Perform comparisons and propose alternatives for materials and components.
• Conduct bidding as the basis to issue Purchase Orders.
• Actively seek alternative vendors/sub-contractors when necessary.
• Monitor and follow up outstanding Purchase Orders.

Job description

To assist purchase preparation process and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures

To monitor and follow up on purchase request and entered.

To negotiate pricing proposal, conditions, and requirements to purchase goods and services directly to the supplier in order to obtain the best price, conditions, and requirements

To check and monitor the availability of goods and services in compliance with the quantity, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other requirements specified in the Purchase Order

To coordinate and arrange delivery time from suppliers to relevant SBUs as per the required needs and fund availabilities

To perform comparison and offer another option for each material and or mechanical component

To perform bidding as the basis to issue Purchase Order (PO)

To actively seek alternative vendors / suppliers, or sub-contractors whenever necessary

To monitor and follow up outstanding Purchase Order

Requirement :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major

Minimum 3 years of working experience as Purchasing or Procurement of Raw Materials in the FMCG industry

Have a knowledge in Project Management.

Talent in negotiations and networking

Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

Experience in collecting and analyzing data

Willing to be placed in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
