Job summary

PT Telinco Networks Indonesia is seeking a results-driven procurement leader to manage partner PO fulfillment and ensure vendor readiness for key projects in Indonesia.

You will oversee end-to-end PO cycles, compile and report fulfillment status, and apply deductions or penalties according to contract terms, requiring strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Experience in telecommunications procurement and proficiency with MS Excel or ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain.
• Understanding the execution process of Supply Chain Management.
• Preferred experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or ERP/procurement systems.

Controls and executes partner deduction/penalty processes in accordance with agreed terms or project obligations.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role (Lead / Supervisor / Assistant Manager) within Procurement, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain.

Understanding the execution process of Supply Chain Management

Preferred experience in the Telecommunications industry

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel for data processing and reporting) or ERP/Procurement systems is preferred.
