Support the Product Manager in planning, developing, and executing product portfolio strategy from the sourcing stage through to commercial stock availability. This role involves market research, competitive analysis, and identifying industry trends to provide recommendations for competitive new product procurement. You will search, select, and manage business relationships with vendors, factories, or principals at both local and international levels.

Negotiate directly with suppliers regarding Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Terms of Payment (TOP), and delivery schedules (lead time)

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics departments to monitor inventory turnover, prevent out-of-stock situations, and minimize dead-stock

Evaluate supplier performance (Vendor Performance Evaluation) periodically based on product quality, timeliness, and service responsiveness

Create comprehensive reports on procurement activities, material/goods price fluctuations, and product performance for presentation to management

Ensure all purchasing processes comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company compliance regulations

About you

Minimum S1 degree from Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Product Development positions

Advanced negotiation skills with proven track record in reducing procurement costs (cost saving) without compromising quality

Ability to analyze data sharply (data-driven) and formulate decisions based on market trends

Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) is a significant added value

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for correspondence with foreign suppliers

High level of attention to detail (detail-oriented), proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
