• Ensuring the timely and cost effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for the firm's daily operations
• Evaluation of outstanding PRs that have not been followed up to become POs
• Evaluation of outstanding POs that have not been realized in the procurement of goods
• Cross check invoices and attachments and make sure they are suitable for follow up payments
• Handling cases that occur in the purchasing section
• Ensure PO is in accordance with user needs and approve the PO
• Ensuring vendor pitching for procurement of goods goes well according to SOP
• Conduct weekly meetings with the purchasing team
• Researching suppliers and comparing costs, negotiating, discuss and manage purchasing contract
• Analyze of market price and make timeline for each purchase, from PR until goods delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or related
• Minimum 5 years experiences in same position
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
• Team leader, persuasive and innovative
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
