Ensuring the timely and cost effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for the firm's daily operations
Evaluation of outstanding PRs that have not been followed up to become POs
Evaluation of outstanding POs that have not been realized in the procurement of goods
Cross check invoices and attachments and make sure they are suitable for follow up payments
Handling cases that occur in the purchasing section
Ensure PO is in accordance with user needs and approve the PO
Ensuring vendor pitching for procurement of goods goes well according to SOP
Conduct weekly meetings with the purchasing team
Researching suppliers and comparing costs, negotiating, discuss and manage purchasing contract
Analyze of market price and make timeline for each purchase, from PR until goods delivery

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or related
Minimum 5 years experiences in same position
Fluency in English
Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
Team leader, persuasive and innovative
Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
