Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in retail or education.
• Proven vendor management, contract negotiation, and PO processing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage budgets and cost efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and vendor relations skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end procurement for all operational equipment and consumables, from requisition to delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; negotiate favorable terms, prices, and SLAs.
• Issue purchase orders accurately and in line with company policies and budget.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships for quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure availability of items.
• Track procurement spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, ensure budget adherence.
• Implement procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
