Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing, from PRs and POs to capex/opex and vendor registration. You will source, negotiate, and ensure compliant, competitive sourcing while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and to uphold company procurement standards in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of procurement/purchasing/vendor management experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome.
• Understanding of procurement processes, vendor administration, and performance evaluation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with procurement systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for goods and services per policy.
• Prepare and maintain PR, PO, Capex/Opex, vendor registrations, and payments.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for price, quality and compliance.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
