Job summary

PT Masmindo Dwi Area is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement for direct and indirect materials from PR to PO, ensuring timely availability, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and strong supplier performance.

The role sits at the Head Office and requires hands-on strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract and spend analytics, and a drive for continuous improvement within the SCM disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• Experience procuring operational, technical, and industrial goods.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, spend analysis and strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Manage procurement from PR to PO, ensuring timely processing and accurate POs.
• Execute strategic sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, and supplier benchmarking for cost savings.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and manage relationships, resolving issues within SLA.
• Lead price negotiations and contract reviews while keeping spend within budgets.
• Support contract preparation, renewal tracking, and spend under contract coverage.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ethics, and audit guidelines.
• Prepare procurement analytics dashboards and track key metrics.

This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for direct and indirect materials, ensuring timely availability of goods, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and optimal supplier performance to support company operations and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement operations from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO), targeting a processing time and PO accuracy.

Execute strategic sourcing, vendor sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, and supplier benchmarking to secure cost savings and minimize supply risks.

Conduct supplier performance evaluations, manage supplier relationships, and resolve vendor delivery, quality, or service issues within SLA.

Lead price negotiations, commercial agreement reviews, and payment term optimizations while ensuring spend remains within approved budgets.

Support preparation, execution, and renewal tracking for supplier contracts, maintaining spend under contract coverage.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, ethical procurement policies, and internal/external audit guidelines.

Prepare procurement analytics dashboards and track operational metrics to continuously optimize the supply chain workflow.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing, including at least 2 years in a Senior Officer capacity.

Demonstrated experience in procuring operational, technical, and industrial goods.

Hands-on expertise in price negotiation, contract management, spend analysis, and strategic sourcing.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Strong analytical, communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
