Job summary

PT Masmindo Dwi Area is seeking an experienced Risk Management professional to support ERM implementation across departments and projects. The role focuses on risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and governance enhancements within the mining operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in mining, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to drive risk-aware decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mining industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of risk management principles and governance practices.
• Familiarity with ERM frameworks and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, policies, and procedures across the organization.
• Facilitate risk identification and assessment sessions with business units and maintain the corporate risk register.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for management; monitor KRIs and risk mitigations.
• Coordinate development and evaluation of risk controls; suggest improvements to governance processes.

Job description

• Support the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, policies, and procedures.

• Ensure risk management practices are consistently applied across departments and projects.

• Assist by analyst and give recommendation/ feedback in integrating risk management into business planning and operational processes.

2. Risk Identification and Assessment

• Facilitate risk identification workshops and risk assessment sessions with Project/ Operation business units.

• Maintain and update the corporate risk register.

• Analyst & Evaluate risk likelihood, impact, and effectiveness of existing controls including giving recommendation if necessary.

• Monitor emerging risks, including operational, strategic, financial, compliance, and external risks.

3. Risk Monitoring and Reporting

• Prepare periodic risk reports and dashboards for management review.

• Track risk mitigation action plans and follow up with risk owners.

• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalte significant risk exposures when necessary.

• Support, analyst and give feedback management reporting to senior leadership and relevant committees if necessary.

4. Risk Mitigation and Control Enhancement

• Coordinate development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

• Review adequacy of internal controls related to identified risks.

• Analyst & Recommend improvements to strengthen risk controls and governance processes.

5. Risk Culture and Awareness

• Promote risk awareness across the organization through campaigns, workshops, and training.

• Provide guidance to business units on risk management practices.

• Provide gap analyst result to support risk communication initiatives and risk campaigns based on

• Ensure risk management activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Support internal and external audits related to risk management processes.

• Assist in maintaining risk management documentation and governance records.

• Identify opportunities to improve risk management tools, methodologies, and reporting systems.

• Provide gap analyst result and give feedback/ inside to support risk maturity enhancement initiatives.

• Initiate benchmark risk practices against industry standards and best practices.
