Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement experience for civil, MEP, and/or architectural works.
• Strong knowledge of construction, MEP systems, and interior materials; cost estimation methods.
• Skilled in tender management, vendor negotiation, and documentation control.
• Proficient in procurement ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under project deadlines.

Analyze and estimate unit prices for civil, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), architectural, and interior works.

Prepare project optimization plans (scope, volume, timeline, and methods).

Monitor and control planning and execution of civil, MEP, and interior projects to ensure compliance with design and budget.

Manage tender processes from pre-bid/aanwijzing to negotiation, including vendor evaluation and selection.

Act as document controller within internal procurement, ensuring all procurement records are accurate and updated.

Collaborate with project teams (engineers, architects, and project managers) to align procurement activities with project requirements.

Provide recommendations for cost efficiency and procurement strategies without compromising quality.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement for civil, MEP, and/or architectural works.

Strong knowledge of construction, MEP systems, and interior materials, including cost estimation methods.

Skilled in tender management, vendor negotiation, and documentation control.
