Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement experience for civil, MEP, and/or architectural works.
• Strong knowledge of construction, MEP systems, and interior materials; cost estimation methods.
• Skilled in tender management, vendor negotiation, and documentation control.
• Proficient in procurement ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and estimate unit prices for civil, structural, MEP, architectural, and interior works.
• Prepare project optimization plans including scope, volume, timeline, and methods.
• Monitor and control planning and execution of civil, MEP, and interior projects to ensure design and budget compliance.
• Manage tender processes from pre-bid to negotiation, including vendor evaluation and selection.
• Serve as document controller within internal procurement and keep records accurate and updated.
• Collaborate with project teams to align procurement activities with requirements.
• Provide recommendations for cost efficiency and procurement strategies without compromising quality.
