Job summary

PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is establishing a new procurement team in Pemalang, Central Java. The role focuses on sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating purchase terms, and managing invoices and contracts to ensure timely material delivery.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to meet purchasing requirements and maintain accurate records. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor’s degree is required, English skills are essential, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Fresh graduates welcome; minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Purchasing preferred.
• Must have English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Must have skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Job Description

Conduct supplier sourcing, identification, and evaluation based on company requirements.

Prepare purchase orders and negotiate prices and purchasing terms with suppliers.

Process and maintain invoices, sales contracts, and other purchasing documents.

Monitor supplier delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure purchasing requirements are properly fulfilled.

Maintain purchasing records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Support daily purchasing activities and follow company procurement procedures.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from any major.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Purchasing is preferred.

Must have English skill and Mandarin is a plus.

Must have skills and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.

Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented, honest, and disciplined.

Able to collaborate with other functions and departments.

Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Willing to be placed in Pemalang, Central Java.
