Job summary

PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is establishing a new factory in Pemalang, Central Java, in the sports shoe industry. The role focuses on controlling worker discipline, unions relations, grievances, counselling, and anti-harassment programs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 1 year of IR experience, English required and Mandarin a plus. You will collaborate across functions and support a growing manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is required.
• English skill is required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Must have strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Control workers discipline, investigate violations and follow up actions.
• Unions relations and monthly union meetings.
• Manage grievance and suggestion channel.
• Conduct counselling.
• Conduct home visits.
• Manage anti-harassment and abuse committee program.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Operation, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth supply to customers.

PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Controlling workers discipline, investigate violation and follow up with actions

Unions relations and monthly union meeting

Manage grievance and suggestion channel

Conduct counselling

Conduct home visit

Manage anti harassment and abuse committee program

Job Requirements:

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a Industrial Relation position

Must have English skill, Mandarin is plus

Must have skills and experience with Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined

Collaborate with other functions, such as Technical Service, Operation, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the smooth supply to customers

Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
