Job summary

PT Golden Victory Manufactures is establishing a new footwear manufacturing facility in Pemalang, Central Java. The role supports chemical and material processes in footwear production and coordinates with Lab, ME, and QA to ensure quality and compliance.

You will analyze bonding and curing, improve material performance, and oversee trials and validation for new or modified chemicals while contributing to documentation and process reports.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing environment (footwear preferred).
• Knowledge of adhesives, solvents, and footwear-related chemicals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation skills and cross-functional communication.

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Support chemical and material processes in footwear manufacturing.

Analyze and improve bonding, curing, and material performance.

Support material trials and validation for new or modified chemicals.

Coordinate with Lab, ME, and QA on chemical-related issues.

Prepare and maintain chemical process and validation reports.

Requirements (Key Qualifications):

Educational background in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing environment (footwear preferred).

Knowledge of adhesives, solvents, and footwear-related chemicals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good documentation skills and cross-functional communication
