Peran ini fokus pada peningkatan proses, pengendalian kualitas, dan dukungan uji coba teknis untuk meningkatkan yield, waste, end-to-end cycle time, serta kestabilan proses dan konsistensi

Qualifications

• Memahami GMP, HACCP, dan food safety.
• Keterampilan koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik.

Responsibilities

• Execute process improvement terkait yield, waste, rework, cycle time, process stability, dan product consistency.
• Support quality-related technical trial seperti cleaning method, sanitation, hygienic process, atau process robustness improvement.
• Prepare complete trial/improvement report dan support handover improvement ke Operations.
