McDermott in Batam is seeking a Principal Payroll Administrator to provide solutions for atypical payroll issues. The role impacts the quality of the team’s work and requires communicating technical payroll information clearly.

You will execute end-to-end payroll activities, reconcile taxes, back up payroll supervisor, and prepare special payroll reports, while ensuring SOX documentation and process documentation are up to date.

• Able to perform gross to net calculations, reconcile taxes, and resolve GL and Treasury issues.

The Principal Payroll Administrator provides solutions to problems that may be atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures. The work of the Principal Payroll Administrator directly impacts the quality of the team’s work. They can communicate technical payroll information to the team and suggest improvements to existing processes.
