Job summary

PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk in Surabaya is seeking a Preventive Maintenance & Project Supervisor - Secondary SKM to oversee preventive maintenance from mechanical and electrical perspectives and to develop action plans with cost estimates. You will monitor projects, ensure schedules, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement to boost machine performance.

The role requires a D4/S1 in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 3 years of experience; knowledge of TPM and AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Must have at least a D4/S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance or project supervision.
• Knowledge of TPM is advantageous.

Monitoring preventive maintenance processes to ensure they run well from mechanical and electrical aspects. Creating performance analysis reports to determine action plans, developing action plans with cost estimations, and ensuring technical project viability. Ensuring each project implementation runs according to schedule and resolving problems as they arise. Conducting continuous improvement to enhance machine performance or achieve other positive objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop action plans with cost estimations and ensure technical project viability

About you

• Minimum D4/S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
• Experience in Tobacco Company is a plus
• Proficient in machine elements and able to read specifications
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Vibration Analysis
• High initiative and ability to work with stakeholders from various backgrounds
