Job summary

PT Bintang Mono Internasional seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil works in line with shop drawings, BOQ, and safety standards. You will organize teams, monitor progress, and ensure quality while coordinating with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.

The role requires reading drawings and schedules, familiarity with BOQ, and proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD experience is advantageous with a focus on K3 safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with construction projects/contracting.
• Ability to read shop drawings and BOQ.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD/PM tools advantageous.

Job description

Supervise and ensure the implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil project work in accordance with working drawings, technical specifications, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and occupational health and safety (K3) regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil work according to shop drawings, BOQ, work methods, and project specifications
• Organize work distribution and direct technicians, foremen, workers, and subcontractors
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly work targets based on project schedule
• Identify material, tools, labour, and operational resource needs for the project
• Conduct inspections of materials and work results in the field
• Record and report daily and weekly work progress to the Project Manager
• Identify and address technical and operational constraints in the field
• Coordinate with owner, consultants, main contractor, vendors, subcontractors, and other related parties
• Supervise the application of K3 procedures and use of personal protective equipment during project implementation
• Supervise and document additional/reduced work and work changes in the field

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects/contracting, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Civil work
• Experience as Site Supervisor, Project Supervisor, Site Engineer, or similar position is preferred
• Ability to read working drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/MEP, and Civil work
• Ability to read BOQ and calculate material requirements
• Understanding of construction work execution methods
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and progress monitoring
• Understanding of project quality control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and project management applications are advantageous
