Job description

Responsibilities

• Create work plans to fulfill production targets, quality and evaluation of teamwork results
• Managing, inspecting, and providing advice regarding control of materials, including tobacco raw materials, clove, flavor, and cut rag
• Providing direction related to manpower arrangement for full fill production process
• Improving manpower capability at each position
• Managing, inspecting, and advising on machine improvement/modification, including materials and machine spare parts
• Creating work plans related to process improvement and machine capacity enhancement

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English (written and conversational), highly dedicated and motivated, able to work under pressure, able to manage subordinates, leadership, problem solving, decision making
• Understands primary processes and primary machinery, able to use statistical functions (Minitab, etc.), able to use SAP system, PLC, and MES system
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field
