Job summary

PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk in Surabaya is seeking a Preventive Maintenance & Project Supervisor - Secondary SKM to oversee preventive maintenance from mechanical and electrical perspectives and to develop action plans with cost estimates. You will monitor projects, ensure schedules, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement to boost machine performance.

The role requires a D4/S1 in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 3 years of experience; knowledge of TPM and AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Must have at least a D4/S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance or project supervision.
• Knowledge of TPM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor preventive maintenance processes from mechanical and electrical perspectives.
• Create performance analysis reports and action plans with cost estimations.
• Ensure project implementation follows schedule and resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance.
