Job summary

Mamame Whole Foods, a fast-growing FMCG manufacturer in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead the maintenance and reliability of production and utilities.

You will coordinate the engineering team, ensure K3 safety standards, and drive improvements across equipment, processes, and cost-efficiency, collaborating with production, quality, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• K3 Certificate from Kemnaker or BNSP mandatory.
• 3–5 years of engineering supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and safety regulations.
• Experience with production machines and utility systems.

Job description

Supervise and coordinate engineering team activities to meet operational targets.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards (K3).

Plan, monitor, and evaluate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for production and facility issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, warehouse) to optimize processes.

Prepare reports and documentation related to engineering performance and compliance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Mandatory K3 Certificate from Kemnaker or BNSP.
• Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in engineering supervision or related role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with production machines, utility machines, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP).
• Familiar with AutoCAD, system control, and PLC programming.
