Job summary

PT. Indo Kreasi Grafika is seeking a Maintenance Planner, Spare Part & Asset Management to support engineering and production requirements.

The role encompasses maintenance planning, spare parts and tooling administration, and purchasing coordination to maintain asset data. Candidates should have a Diploma (D3) in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering and a minimum of 2 years in related roles, plus basic Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in maintenance planning, spare parts, purchasing administration, or manufacturing.
• Able to prepare maintenance schedules and follow up work orders.
• Experience with CMMS or ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance plans and work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Planner, Production and Engineering technicians.
• Monitor PM completion, maintenance backlog and downtime.
• Monitor spare parts and tooling requirements, stock levels and lead times.
• Prepare and process purchase requests and related purchasing documents.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, vendors and Engineering for quotations and deliveries.
• Maintain spare parts, tooling, asset register and maintenance history.
• Prepare maintenance, spare parts, tooling and purchasing reports including PM compliance.
• Support maintenance budget preparation and Engineering improvement activities.

POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

A Maintenance Planner, Spare Part & Asset Management is responsible for maintenance planning, spare parts and tooling administration, purchasing coordination and asset data management to support Engineering and production requirements.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance plans and work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Planner, Production and Engineering technicians.
• Monitor PM completion, maintenance backlog, breakdown and overdue work orders.
• Monitor spare parts and tooling requirements, stock levels, lead time and reorder needs.
• Prepare and process Purchase Request Such As RFQ, SRF, E-PR and related purchasing documents for spare parts, tooling, repair and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, vendors, and Engineering for quotation, ordering, delivery and service follow‑up.
• Maintain spare parts, tooling, asset register, maintenance history and related Engineering records.
• Prepare maintenance, spare parts, tooling, and purchasing reports including PM Compliance, MTBF, MTTR, breakdown or downtime and Machine Availability.
• Support maintenance budget preparation and Engineering improvement activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, spare parts, purchasing administration, or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance, spare parts and tooling.
• Able to prepare maintenance schedules and follow up work orders.
• Able to manage RFQ, SRF, E-PR, Purchase Request and related purchasing documentation.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel for reporting and basic data analysis.
• Experience with CMMS, ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage.
• Good coordination and follow‑up skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
